Grilled avocado is one of our favorite side dishes, especially when we are grilling meat for supper. We had these last night, even though it meant grilling in the snow. 🙂 sounds like an odd idea, perhaps, but they are delicious!!!

Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
Cheese – I used smoked Havarti last night, but cheddar is really good.
Using a fork, pierce holes all over the flesh of the avocados. This allows the hot sauce to get down inside. Spread generously with buffalo sauce. Top with sliced cheese to cover. Grill about 20 minutes or as long as your meat is on the grill. You can also broil them, but grilled is best!
