Two things in the realm of food that bring me great joy are chocolate and coffee. If I can have them both several times a day, I am thrilled. Lol! In order to do that and feel like I was still living a healthy lifestyle, I’ve modified it a little. My coffee I prefer with either just raw milk or almond milk. Chocolate? This is my favorite guilt-free way to eat it. Not only is it full of the healthy benefits of coconut oil, it is sugarless. Xylitol is my favorite sugar substitute, although it is expensive. I only buy it for this recipe. It is actually really good for your teeth. (I don’t recommend overdoing it, though as I have heard it can wreak havoc with the digestive system!!) I make mine in miniature silicone muffin pans and they feel like Reese’s peanut butter cups!
